Rishi is one of the best green teas I've ever tried! Very distinctive taste, fine flavor and beautiful color. It's a pure joy to seep. It has a beautiful aroma and a nice clean, crisp taste. Like any tea steeped too long or harshly chilled, it will become slightly bitter. That said, the taste is quite nice and a true (rare) pleasure.

I would drink Rishi Tea morning noon and night if I could. It's so delicious I can't even describe it. I stumbled upon it when my normal brand was out of stock and I was just thrilled. It's super pricey though so be prepared if you're going to get hooked, you're going to pay!

I use about 1 Tablespoon of Pearls for 16oz of water. I have a 16 oz mug with a ceramic steeping insert that works perfectly with the pearls.
